* Please do not stain the walls, our towels and linens.
* Avoid wearing shoes on carpet areas.
4. Quiet Hours
* Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM.
* Please ensure no noise disturbances occur during this time to respect our neighbours and the peaceful surroundings. Any complaints regarding disturbances after 11 PM may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
5. Parking and Driveway Usage
* Parking is limited to the designated parking space provided. Please avoid blocking any access points.
6. Smoking Policy
* Smoking is not permitted at the front of the property, including the driveway and entrance area.
* If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area at the rear of the property. Ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts to maintain cleanliness and safety.
7. Respect for the Property
* Please treat our property with care and respect. Any damages or issues caused during your stay must be reported immediately.
* Large gatherings or parties are not allowed unless agreed upon in writing before your stay.
8. Compliance with Airbnb Policies

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to follow these house rules, particularly regarding guest numbers, quiet hours, or smoking policies, may result in:
