How do I book a stay?

Booking a stay with Novasera Properties is incredibly simple.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
How do I check-in?
When reserving a stay in our serviced accommodation, we aim to simplify and offer flexibility in the check-in procedure for your convenience. Hence, we employ straightforward self-check-in systems, enabling access to the accommodation regardless of your arrival time.

This eliminates waiting for a host with keys and eliminates the need to collect keys from distant locations. Just arrive at the property and follow these few easy steps to gain entry.

Can I book through Airbnb?

Absolutely! You can indeed book our properties through various leading booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.

Yet, when you book directly with us at Novasera Properties, you enjoy our Lowest Price Guarantee. Unlike booking through those platforms, which typically impose a 15% to 20% commission fee on top of our rates, booking directly with us can save you up to 20%.

Pet permissions vary depending on the property and certain criteria. Prior approval from our team is necessary to bring a pet along. It’s important to understand that bringing a pet into our accommodations without prior consent will result in the termination of your stay, unfortunately.
